Assessment Testing

For most New Students, placement tests are required prior to enrollment. This test is designed to assess your skill level in English, Reading and Mathematics. If you have taken the ACT in the past two years, some colleges will let you use those scores. Other colleges accept ACT scores for English and Reading only but still require you to take the Math portion of the placement test.

Below you will find your school of enrollment linked to information regarding placement testing. If you are required to take a Placement Test, your college’s Testing Center will most likely administer it. Ask your academic advisor if you will be required to take a placement test.
